Roger is on the International Oversight Team, for 24-7 Prayer, as Director of Communities Networks and Leadership Pathway. His time involves coaching leaders and church teams, supporting church networks, writing and, where possible fishing!
Roger is on the board of Westminster Theological Centre where he lectures on Kingdom theology, Church planting and Leadership.
Over the last 40 years Roger has pioneered in leadership, being involved in starting Churches, national Christian movements, including Fusion and 24-7 Prayer, and helping in areas of succession.
Roger is part of the leadership team in Revelation Church, Chichester, and is married to Maggie, with 2 adult children.
