We don’t collect any personal information when you visit and browse our website.

When you register on our website and join a mailing list, we collect and store the following information when you provide it:

  • Your name and contact information including email address, church details, phone number & postal address
  • We keep a record of which conferences and events you have attended

You may also have signed up to join the mailing list at a New Wine Cymru event such as a Leaders’ Day or conference.

The information that you provide will be used to provide you with information about our work, including events, resources, fundraising and other services and activities described on our website.

By providing information you are agreeing to receive mailings that communicate the work of the New Wine Cymru.

New Wine Cymru uses MailChimp to send regular emails. By providing us with your details you are giving New Wine Cymru your express permission to transfer your data to MailChimp. If you do not give this permission then New Wine Cymru will not be able to send emails to you.

Every email from MailChimp has a link to enable the recipient to unsubscribe if they wish to stop receiving emails.

Our relationship with our supporters and donors is long term so we will keep personal information for as long as we need it to maintain that relationship. We take into account our need to meet any legal and regulatory obligations, for example Gift Aid forms are kept for seven years after the form has been signed.

New Wine Cymru reserves the right to film or photograph volunteers and delegates within public areas at New Wine Cymru conferences and events.
Only distance photography (if any) will be taken during ministry times and we will not photograph faces.
All photographs are the property of New Wine Cymru and may be used for illustrative and promotional purposes, such as websites brochures and training material.
