We are pleased to announce the following contributors to our annual leaders conference

Julian Richards:

Julian is the National Leader of New Wine Cymru, a network of leaders across the nation of Wales with a focus on leadership church and mission. Julian and Sarah pioneered Cornerstone Church Swansea in 1991.

Tim Howells:

Tim Howells is the Senior Pastor of Bethel Church Carmarthen, a growing, all-age, multicultural church in West Wales. Situated in a semi-rural setting, Bethel Carmarthen is home to 27 nationalities and has been intentional in fostering inclusivity within its ministry. Tim will share insights on the key areas they have leaned into to reach people with the gospel, create a welcoming environment, and serve the church effectively.

Clyde Thomas:

Clyde is the Lead Pastor of Victory Church in Torfaen, situated on Cwmbran’s industrial estate. The church love to reach the local community, resulting in a busy, active growing congregation whose goal is to cultivate a safe and accessible environment where all are welcome, often involving food! Clyde enjoys overseeing some church plants and revitalisations of churches across South Wales, and co-founded Hope Centre Ministries UK, helping people overcome addiction and find hope and Jesus.

Lesley Bartholomew:

Lesley, together with a great team, pioneers and leads the Bridge Church, a missional church plant in a small coastal town with a wide reach. Growing numerically as well as in local influence, they are seeing life transformation, many baptisms and engaging all to become an integral part of what God is doing in the area.

Anthony Jeremy:

Lead Pastor of Festival Church Towyn – North Wales. Festival Church is a local coastal church based in a small tourist town which is also gathering from a wider area as people reach the communities they live and work in everyday. In the 7 ½ years of Anthony leading the church, they have seen the church grow from 100 to 300 of all ages.

Chris Vaz:

Minister at Gateway Church Abergavenny. Over a 10 year period, the church has experienced growth numerically as well as in life, health, vitality, engagement, vibrancy, and influence. 

Rachel Roberts:

Rachel is Co-Director of Lead Academy, supporting churches to fulfil God’s purpose in their unique context.  She is passionate about churches being places where people can encounter their Heavenly Father.  She lives in Berkshire where she and her family love serving in their local church, Finchampstead Baptist.

Sarah Richards:

Sarah is the Senior Leader of Cornerstone Church Swansea and is part of the New Wine Cymru National team. Cornerstone is a growing multicultural church on the outskirts of the city, thriving with 20’s-30’s and young families. Seeing many people come to Jesus, get baptised and assimilate into the church family in this season.
