Session 4: Creating and maintaining a Missional culture & Pioneering new churches.
Overview: How do we as leaders create and maintain the culture. Emphasis in this session on Leadership and our teams setting and maintaining the culture and what does that look like in our churches? Leading a Missional Church. Reproducing themselves as churches, new model, Jerusalem and Antioch style, all around the Missional church model. Taking the land of Wales. Multiplication and releasing.

Jon and his wife Carly lead Freedom Community Church in Aberystwyth. Freedom Church was planted out of King’s Church Portsmouth. Jon is an AoG Minister and Chaplain to Aberystwyth Town Football Club. Jon co leads the Mid Wales region for New Wine Cymru
Lesley leads Bridge Church in Saundersfoot. Launched 3 years ago, Bridge Church seeks to create a fresh expression of church, one that is relevant and relatable to all and to be able to share the adventure that faith in God brings! Lesley leads the South West NWC region
