We’re pleased to welcome Julian Richards to be the speaker.

Julian is the leader of New Wine Cymru.

The theme for the leaders events throughout 2026 is Growing Healthy Churches, and Julian will be speaking into that. It’s a day not to be missed — come expectant for insight, inspiration, and impartation!

Paul has had over 30 years ministry experience as youth worker and church leader – all in the same church in Cardiff! He is also a director of a number of charities that are part of Glenwood Faith Community – a missional expression of local church. Paul is passionate about church, creativity and loves watching rugby, catching a film and reading. He co-leads the South East Network for New Wine Cymru

You are invited to the Autumn leaders day in Mid Wales

It will take place at a new location in Lampeter

St Thomas Methodist Church, Lampeter from 10am

Please note this is a change of location from the previously listed venue.

The speaker is Steve Ball, senior leader of City Temple Church, Cardiff.

The day includes time for teaching, ministry, lunch, prayer and fellowship.

Lunch is either bring a packed lunch or use the local shops.

For directions to the church:
Aberdovey / Aberdyfi is about 20 minutes from Machynlleth, along the A493 towards Tywyn. Aberdovey English Chapel is on the road into the village before you reach the shops.

As you come into the village, you go under 2 railway bridges and the road follows the water’s edge; after a few hundred yards, for the first time you will see cars parked on the left (river) side of the road. Our chapel, painted a light golden colour, with traditional black railings, is directly opposite this point.

You may be able to park on the road there (no restriction), otherwise you will need to continue to the main car park beyond the main shops (pay & display) and walk back.
