Street Food event.

This year we’re happy to announce the Friday Night Street Food Event from 5-7pm. Plenty of time to catch up with each other without needing to go offsite for tea. Nicky Gumbel will kick it off with an outline of the 2033 Vision. Then we’ll enjoy food and drinks together.

Menu choices: Ele’s Little Kitchen: Vegetable paella (vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free)/ Chicken paella. Food by Sean: Chicken curry & Rice / Pulled Pork rolls.

Registration: Friday 9 June: Registration & coffee from 8.30am.     

Conference sessions start 9.30am.

Location:  venue2, 

Neath Road, Swansea, SA6 8EF. 
Located 1 mile south of M4, J45 on the A4067 towards Swansea City Centre & Swansea.com Stadium.  

There are 120 spaces on-site. Please note venue2 is reached by a slip road off a roundabout. Once the car park is full, please move quickly on so as not to cause traffic to back up to the roundabout. Thank you.

Additional on-street parking is located left off the following roundabout. You may prefer to drop your car passengers at v2, as it’s a little walk! 

We would ask you to please respect the local residents by not parking in the streets right next to venue2. Thanks.

Registration from 8.30am 

Sessions 9:30am – 5pm with our Street Food event from 5-7pm.

Saturday 10 June   

Doors open 8:30am

Registration from 9am (Saturday delegates only)

Sessions   9:30am – 4pm

Refreshments:  

  • Complimentary tea & coffee on arrival and in all the breaks. 
  • Friday & Saturday lunch are not included, please either bring a packed lunch or make use of the many food outlets close by, shown HERE

Children:  

This is an adult only event and we are sorry that childcare facilities are not available during this conference.  Please make your own childcare arrangements at home.
