Registration: Friday 10 June, welcome to register from 9am
Location: Venue 2,
Neath Road, Swansea, SA6 8EF.
Located 1 mile south of M4, J45 on the A4067
towards Swansea City Centre & Swansea.com Stadium.
Parking:
There are 120 spaces on-site. Please note Venue 2 is reached by a slip road off a roundabout. Once the car park is full this will be indicated by a FULL sign, please move quickly on so as not to cause traffic to back up to the roundabout. Thank you.
Overflow parking is found off the following roundabout, not in the community next to venue2 please. Thanks.

Sessions 9:30am – 5:00pm
7:00pm – 9:15pm
Saturday 11 June
Doors open 8:30am
Registration from 9am (Saturday delegates only)
Sessions 9:30am – 3pm
Please note sessions will start promptly.
Refreshments:
- Complimentary tea & coffee are provided on arrival and in all the breaks.
- Friday lunch & dinner are not included, there is space to eat a packed lunch and other food outlets are within walking distance or reached by car. Local food outlets within 10 minutes walk of venue2
- Saturday lunch is free and everyone is welcome. Great news!
Children:
This is an adult only event and we are sorry that childcare facilities are not available during this conference. Please make your own childcare arrangements at home.
